Pets: Reptiles: Rango & Macaroni
Raised in Omaha, Emma has always known she wanted to work in the veterinary field. Her passion for animals, research, and education inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to improving the lives of pets and wildlife alike.
She earned her Bachelor's degree in Fish and Wildlife in December 2025 and brings valuable hands-on experience to the team. Prior to joining our clinic, she worked as a veterinary assistant at Parkview Animal Hospital for two years, completed an internship with Nebraska Wildlife Rehab, and volunteered with Capital Humane Society.
Her professional interests include animal husbandry and surgery. She is passionate about providing animals with the highest quality care possible and finds it rewarding to help patients through surgical procedures that can dramatically improve their comfort and quality of life.
At home, she shares her life with two reptile companions: Rango, a bearded dragon, and Macaroni, a leopard gecko.
When she's not caring for animals, she enjoys traveling, hiking, kayaking, and spending time outdoors exploring nature.
